Bridget Bufford, Author of MINUS ONE:  A Twelve-Step Journey "Bridget's workshops unplug my mind and let my writing flow. My professional work keeps me dammed up, always meeting other people's needs, but in workshop I release the backed-up images, with surprising results. It is in workshop that I truly feel like the writer I am intended to be."
